Hi! I am Christina Kroog.

Mama of four. Chocolate lover. Runner. Real life dietitian.

I understand what it is like being a busy mom and the struggle to focus on yourself and your own needs. I too have days that seem chaotic and all consuming, but making healthy food choices for myself and my family are on the top of my priority list. I have strategies and routines in place that make it manageable and rewarding.

I also understand what it is like to carry extra weight after having children and the journey to take it off. I have done this after having my 6 year old son and my three year old twins girls. I am currently 6 months post-partum with my youngest son and on my own personal journey toward where I feel my best. I understand this post baby body journey because I’ve lived it!

I also am passionate about real food and the wonders it can do. Being a dietitian I focus mainly on nutrient rich, whole foods. However, for me that also includes a good piece of chocolate! I bake with my kids and enjoy fun foods mixed in the routine. I understand real life and how to have balance with food and lifestyle.
